Covering the Uninsured

As everybody knows there are many people across the nation that are uninsured.  The reason for being uninsured is different for each and every family.  You may not even realize the health insurance options outside of your employer sponsored health plans, while some just simply can not afford health insurance. 

To begin, I would first recommend checking into health insurance options online through http://www.healthinsurancechaser.com/ and speaking with one of their agents at (877) 775-4321.  An Agent that represents multiple carrriers is always going to be able to find the most competative carrier and plan to fit within your budget.  In addition, there agents are also very good at helping people find alternative options.  If the problem is that you actually can not afford to purchase your own health insurance plan, then they may help you find a public program  if your family falls within certain income guidlines. 

There are two programs in particular:

Healthy Family Medicaid

To qualify you must have a child under the age of nineteen and have an income that falls under the income guidlines below.

In order to qualify you must be able to verify your pregnancy, have a child under 19 years old, and have an income that falls under the guidlines below.

There are some deductions from income.  If your income is anywhere near these levels, you should apply.  If you would like help applying for Covered Families and Children Medicaid complete the Health Coverage Analysis.
